Ingredients:
- 250 g Tagliatelle "La Campofilone"
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 salsiccia
- 200 g peeled tomatoes
- Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- Dry white wine
- salt
Slice the onion rings and fry with a little olive oil in a pan. Add the curry and a little water. Cut the sausage into small pieces and add to the pan. Deglaze with white wine. Add the diced peppers. Simmer until soft and reduce the sauce. Add the tomatoes and season with salt.
Cook the tagliatelle until al dente, drain and add to the pan with the sauce. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
