FEATURES:
Our mortadella bologna is different from other products, especially since we use unlike conventional producers, no casein, no polyphosphates and no glutamate during production. This results in a fine and easily digestible product with an authentic taste and smell.

The sausage is made from selected cuts of meat, pork belly and diced neck fat. It is seasoned with natural spices.
