Description
Straw yellow colour with distinct greenish hints. Intense, persistent bouquet, typically fruity with notes of yellow apple, apricot and pineapple and vanilla.

Full and round palate, excellent balance and long finish.

Matching with food
Salmon, mushroom risotto, spaghetti with seafood, small saltwater fish en papillote.
