Pale straw yellow colour with distinct greenish tinges.

Pleasant floral nose with slightly aromatic and fruity undertones reminiscent of apricot and green apple.

Dry, pleasantly fresh on the palate with a vaguely aromatic note.

Risotto, soups and freshwater fish.
