Description
Bright and clear pink colour.
Fragrant nose with a fruity timbre to it; soft body, slightly alcoholic, dry and easy-drinking palate, with slightly bitter, almondy undertones.

Suitable for any occasion, appreciated better if drunk young.
The nose is intense, supported by aromatic notes reminiscent of elderflower, fig leaf and sweet pepper. Dry palate with good body, pleasant citrussy note on the finish.

Vegetable first courses, fish soups, rabbit casserole, soft cheeses.
