On the palate we find the same broad spectrum of aromas as on the nose, with an aftertaste of sweet liquorice. Everything travels in perfect balance, without a blemish. Handsome.

Pairing: It is ideal to accompany meats and traditional Piedmontese recipes, such as stewed meat or a selection of boiled mixed meats.
