DESCRIPTION
TRENTATRE 'is an aromatic white wine produced with historic Trentino grapes: yellow muscat (50%), nosiola (40%) and a third grape variety (10%) at the discretion of the producer. The intention of the six wineries participating in the project (Casata Monfort, Nicolodi, Francesco Poli, Vivallis, Salizzoni, Vallarom,) is to produce a wine that is an expression of the whole of Trentino (three valleys, three rivers, three vines) and that can, through a project and a common commitment, express the peculiarities of the various realities that operate there. The particular and diversified climatic conditions of Trentino, the latitude, the various altimetric levels, the multiple geological components of the soils, the traditions emphasize, in Trentino wines, the aromatic nuances, finesse and elegance.
