TASTING NOTES
Cherry red color, clear, limpid and luminous to the eye. The nose is floral and fruity, characterized in particular by the reference to strawberries, pomegranates and red cherries. The palate is supported by a well-worked acid-savory combination, then marked by a typically almond finish. Good length.

The "Baldovino" of Tenuta I Fauri is a simple Cerasuolo yes, but worked with chisel in every smallest nuance.
