Merk: Travaglino

The Pinot grape is found in the Oltrepò Pavese in its noble Nero and Grigio varieties. It is the latter that, through vinification with cryomaceration, produces a unique wine. Its distinctive antique-gold colour bears witness to the cultivar of origin.
The fine fruity and flowery fragrance and the tenacious, well-balanced flavour give this wine a distinctive character and make it an excellent accompaniment to elaborate hors d'oeuvres, soups, all kinds of fish dishes and shellfish.
Best served at 8/10 °C.
VINIFICATION, MATURATION AND BOTTLING: In white with partial cryomaceration of steel tanks at controlled temperature and refrigeration. Bottling starts in the January after the harvest.
