Fermentation: About 10-12 days with checked temperature 28° to praise the elegance and the power of that historical cru.

Aging: In that is different from Barbera Maggiur, the maturation and the malolactic happens in french oak barrels for 20 months. Here the Barbera can have international taste, praising itself with tannin of wood and with wide flavour more sweet and less rustic.
