Vinification: fermentation in steel containers. Maturation for 12 months in barriques. Then 4-5 months in stainless steel and aging in the bottle for 6 months.

Recommendation: Optimal with important main courses especially for roasts and game. Serving temperature: 16-18°C. Good aging potential of 10 years and more.
