From Cabernet Sauvignon e Franc 70%, Merlot 25% Petit Verdot 5%.
Fining in 300lt medium toasted French tonneaux for 18 months, then 6 months in bottle before releasing on the market.

Organoleptic Profile
Look dark purple. The characteristic tannins of the Syrah are smooth, rich and velvety, Taste of little ripe black fruits as mulberry, cherry and blueberry.
Good acid structure with spices and pepper in the finish.
