GRAPES: Orange-Blossom yellow Moscato grapes.
CULTIVATION METHOD: Cordon trained.
AVERAGE PRODUCTION: 7000 kg./hectare.
WINE-MAKING: The grapes, left drying until December, in the medieval barn are then pressed and the must
obtained is left to mature in Barriques.
AGEING: 10 months in barrels and Barriques.
CELLARING: Minimum 3 months at the winery before release.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11,5 % Vol.
RESIDUE SUGAR: 200 gr./lt.
TOTAL ACIDITY: 7,5- 8 gr./lt.
NET EXTRACT: 45-50 grams per litre

The name Fior d’Arancio comes from a gentle hint of citrus fruits, the hallmark of this yellow Moscato, which is typical of the volcanic soil in the Euganean Hills.
CHARACTERISTICS
COLOUR: Full yellow with golden hues.
AROMA: Very rich. Strong scent of Moscato flowers with an emphatic hint of citrus fruits.
TASTE: Sweet, fruity and balanced with extraordinary density, yet at the same time fresh and affable.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
This wine is an excellent accompaniment to goose liver, pates, and both mature and piquant cheeses. Highly recommended for miniature pastries, it is also a meditative wine which is magnificent served chilled.
