Bright straw yellow color with soft greenish reflections. The nose has balanced hints of apple and pear and evident mineral notes. In the mouth it is powerful but elegant and is characterized by a pleasant freshness. Aging potential 5-8 years. It goes well with fish and first courses, crustaceans, white meats and poultry. Serving temperature 12-14 °. 100% Pinot Blanc from 30-year-old plants. Selected vineyards in Appiano Monte at an altitude of 45-500 m a.s.l.; Dry area, clayey and calcareous soils, of medium structure, ideal microclimate with strong daily temperature variations.
