The “Antico Pastificio Morelli” is, since 1860, a family-run business. Today, it is the Morelli brothers, Lucia, Antonio and Marco who, after five generations, continue to develop the family tradition. The firm produces a vast range of specialties; it produces simple products with old artisan techniques and avoids the use of preservatives and colorants, obtaining as a result a healthy and genuine pasta, tasty and consistent.

Pasta Morelli is considered of superior quality because it also selects the best wheat semolina, made with artisanal techniques.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, Wheat germ, Eggs, Summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt.), Truffle extract. To produce other products, the plant also uses eggs, fish and shellfish.
