Not everyone knows that in addition to the legendary sports career Andrea cultivates another passion.
In fact, right where he was born in Flero, in the province of Brescia, there are the vineyards of Pratum Coller, a constantly growing reality capable with a very precise direction oriented towards quality and expression of a territory that in the oenological imagination has a potential still partly dormant.
The latest novelty of Pratum Coller is 21 brut rosè, a rosé sparkling wine that takes its name from the number of jersey worn throughout his career by Pirlo himself.
After 30 months on the yeasts to the sight is presented with a peach rose, the aromas on the nose are of berries and bread crust given by the aging, on the palate the bubbles are fine and well present accompanying light citrus notes with a return of bread crust.
