Ingredients for 4 people:
- 300 g of whole grain tagliatelle Tumminia wheat "Fastuchera"
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 onion
- 5/6 tomatoes in water and salt "Masseria Dauna"
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tonda iblea "Frantoio Cutrera"
- Salt from Trapani
- Salted ricotta
Cut the vegetables into strips and cook with a little olive oil Tonda Iblea variety and the peeled cherry tomatoes in a pan over a low heat for 10 minutes.
Cook the tagliatelle made with whole grain wheat Tumminia "Fastuchera" for about 5 minutes until al dente. Drain and add to the pan with the sauce.
Serve with a little virgin olive oil and grated salty ricotta.
