Ingredients:
- 250 g broad beans from Leonforte "Agrirape"
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 potato
- Organic extra virgin olive oil "Adamo"
- 1 clove of garlic from Nubia
- 1 tsp wild fennel "Campisi"
- chili
Soak the broad beans for 12 hours. Put the broad beans with the carrot, onion and potato in a pot and cook for about an hour.
Peel the beans and chop them in a blender. Add 1 cup of the broth. Fry the garlic in a pan with plenty of olive oil. Add the crushed broad beans and chili. Cook another 15 minutes.
Serve with some raw olive oil.
