Ingredients:
- 500 g Tumminia Wheat Gemelli "Fastuchera"
- 200 g tuna pieces in olive oil "Mare Puro"
- 250 g mozzarella fior di latte "Caseificio Olanda"
- 3 fresh tomatoes
- Pitted taggiasca olives in extra virgin olive oil "Marvaldi"
- Organic extra virgin olive oil "Adamo"
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, dice the mozzarella cheese and the tuna and mix everything with the olives in a bowl.
Cook the pasta for 8 minutes until al dente. Drain and mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Let the pasta cool completely.
Finally, mix with the other ingredients in the bowl.
