The oregano from Sicily is aromatic and is cultivated, harvested and dried in Sicily. It includes the essence of the earth, the sun and the sea air that make this island so unique and special.
100% pure oregano
The branches of the plant are harvested between April / May during flowering. The drying time in the sun depends on the climate of the respective year.
Without addition of preservatives or colorants, the Sicilian oregano has an intense, unique scent, mainly due to the aroma of sea air.
Application: Excellent on pizza and Caprese. Tastes good with meat and fish. It is best to add after cooking so that the flavor is unaltered. Keep dry and away from heat and light.
