Langhe Rosso

"Rabajolo" DOC

Made from Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Nebbiolo (25%) and Barbera (25%).

Production: 40 hl/hectare.Soil: tuff and sand. The grapes are harvested in different periods.

Vinification: stainless steel, 8-12 days in contact with the skin.

Maturation: 12 months in French oak barrique.

Colour: deep purplish red.

Nose: very wide with black fruit (blackberry, tamarind, blackcurrant and blueberry).

Flavour: warm, with easily noticeable tannins, highly wide and complex. The fruit noticed on the nose is detected at a second sip, with a persistent final scent of herbs and light wood (vanilla and cloves).
