Vinification: Fermentation that lasts 18-21 days. The grape vinification process results in a wine of great purity and freshness.

Ageing: Aged in the cellar for at least three years in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Intense garnet red colour. It has a penetrating nose that shows traces of roses, raspberries, soft hints of vanilla and liquorice, and hints of amaretto and tobacco. On the palate it is full-bodied, with very dense and sharp tannins, but never aggressive, showing the great amplitude and consistency of the wine.

Pairings: Excellent to accompany red meats, pasta, roasts, game, lamb.
