Grapes: Only hand-picked Nebbiolo grapes.

Vineyards: Loamy soils with sand. Classic Guyot. 7-8 vines are left per vine.

Harvest: October

Vinification: fermentation in steel containers. Maturation for 12 months in barriques. Then 4-5 months in stainless steel containers and 6 months in the bottle.

Recommendation: Excellent with red meat or game. At 16-18°C. Excellent aging potential of 10 years and more.
