Taste: Well structured, harmonious, alcoholic richness and softness of its tannins, elegant and round. Pairing: Red meats, aged cheeses. Notes: The first harvest of Barrua, 2002, did not require a long stop in wood beyond the time necessary for its biochemical needs to carry out its short evolutionary process. This vintage has a long life ahead of it as long as it is kept with the right criteria of temperature and humidity.
