Ingredients:
- 1 natural yoghurt
- 100 g pesto Marvaldi
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1/3 cup oil
- 100 g cubed Mozzarella
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mix the yogurt in a bowl with the pesto.
3. Add the eggs, the flour, the oil and the pack powder and mix well.
4. Add the diced mozzarella.
5. Pour the batter into the muffin pans.
6. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven.
