Montécerésino Cruasé is made by gently pressing Pinot Nero grapes grown in vineyard of the same name, in the highest area of the winery (380 m above sea level).
It bas a natural rosé colour with overtones of fruits of the forest, blackcurrants, redcurrants, raspberries and iris on a background of red jam.
Harmonious with a pleasant aftertaste of bitter almond.
Thanks to its great complexity of taste and aroma, it is suited to all courses and especially meat dishes.
Excellent with steak tartare with black truffle.
Serve at 6/8 °C.
VINIFICATION, MATURATION AND BOTTLING: Made from 100% Pinot Nero grapes grown in the Montécerésino vineyard with cryomaceration/followed by gentle pressing of the skins.
